FAQs
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is 24 hours for HDR photography, drone photography and 360° virtual tours. Walkthrough videos typically take 2-3 days depending on the scope.
What areas do you serve?
I’m based in Irmo, SC and cover the Midlands region, including Columbia, Lake Murray, Lexington, and Chapin. If you're outside that radius, just ask—I’ll do my best to accommodate.
How do I schedule a shoot?

What types of photography do you offer?
We offer interior/exterior photos, drone photography, 360° virtual tours, and community/amenity shots. Video walkthroughs and drone videos are available on request.
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
No, as a real estate agent, I can access any home with a lockbox. Just make sure the home is photo-ready and I’ll handle the rest!
Do you Photoshop or edit the images?
Yes, every image is professionally edited for lighting, clarity, and color balance. I don’t alter structural elements, but I do ensure your listing looks its best. I also do sky replacements when needed.
What’s included in your standard HDR photo package?
This package includes 25–50 professionally edited images that highlight the home’s best interior and exterior features.
Do you provide staging or prep advice?
Yes. I’ll send you a pre-shoot checklist and offer simple suggestions to help the home look its best.
Can you photograph occupied homes?
Absolutely. I work respectfully around occupants and always aim to minimize disruption.
How do I receive the photos?
You’ll get a download link via email, typically within 24–48 hours, depending on the services ordered.
Can I request specific shots?
Definitely—just let me know in advance if there are features or angles you want captured.
Who will shoot my listing?
Hi, I’m Jeff Hydrick—a licensed REALTOR® and real estate photographer based in Irmo, South Carolina. Since 2020, I’ve been helping buyers and sellers showcase their homes through professional, high-impact photography. I personally shoot every listing and will do my best to accommodate your schedule and unique needs.
I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1988, and I bring that same attention to detail into every listing I photograph.
